1. Who we are
The Kalawer website and the paid design-partner pilot enquiry form are operated by Careers Insights DOO Novi Sad, Gajeva 17, 21000 Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia (MB 22178504, PIB 115579328).
2. Decision-support platform, not a regulated service
Kalawer is a decision-support and workflow platform for institutional investment teams. It does not execute orders, provide investment advice, custody assets, or offer any regulated financial service. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
3. Illustrative interfaces
Interfaces shown on the marketing site are labelled "Illustrative interface" or "Illustrative product workflow". They do not represent a real strategy, real customer, real backtest, real order, or real position.
4. Pilot enquiry form
Submitting the pilot enquiry form is a request for us to consider you for a paid design-partner pilot. It does not create any contract, and Kalawer is not obliged to accept any enquiry. Any actual pilot engagement is governed by a separately executed written agreement.
By submitting the form you confirm that the information you provide is your own business-contact information (or that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your organization), and that you have read the Privacy Notice.
5. What not to submit
Do not submit strategy source code, portfolio holdings, client or investor data, trade or order data, credentials, secrets, or other confidential institutional information through this website. See the Privacy Notice for details.
6. No warranty
The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Novi Sad, without prejudice to any non-derogable consumer rights.
