Kalawer pilot enquiry — Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

Through the pilot enquiry form we collect only:

• Your full name, work email, optional work phone, and job title.
• Your company name, organization type, and primary jurisdiction.
• Optional context: AUM band, team size, evaluation timeframe, referral source, and freeform notes.
• Your description of the workflow you want to govern.
• A record that you accepted this Privacy Notice, the version accepted, and the timestamp.

We also record the submission origin (the website domain the request came from). We do not store your IP address or browser user-agent on your enquiry record. For abuse prevention only, our server derives an opaque, peppered bucket identifier from your network address and keeps it in a separate, short-lived rate-limit store that expires within 48 hours; that bucket identifier is never linked to your enquiry and cannot be reversed into an IP by us.

3. What you must not submit

The pilot form is for business-contact information only. Please do not submit:

• Strategy source code or model implementation details
• Portfolio holdings, exposures, or positions
• Client, investor, counterparty, or beneficiary data
• Trade, order, or execution data
• Credentials, tokens, secrets, or API keys
• Other confidential institutional information

Material of that kind should be shared separately under an executed non-disclosure or pilot agreement.

4. Why we use your data

We use the information you submit only to assess, qualify, respond to, and administer your Kalawer paid design-partner pilot enquiry. We do not use it for newsletters, unrelated marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.

Your affirmative submission and acceptance of this notice is the current basis for us to contact you about the enquiry. This is not marketing consent.

5. How long we keep it

Pilot-enquiry personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and follow up on the request. Data relating to an enquiry that does not become an active commercial relationship will be deleted or anonymized no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless earlier deletion is requested or continued retention is required by law. If the enquiry becomes an active customer or contractual relationship, relevant records become subject to a separate business and legal retention process.

Each submission is stamped with a retention review deadline (12 months from submission). This is a maximum review point, not permission to hold data unnecessarily.

6. Where the data lives

Submissions are processed and stored on Kalawer's infrastructure operated by Lovable Labs Incorporated, provider of Lovable Cloud. Lovable Cloud is Careers Insights DOO's infrastructure processor for this application.

Lovable Cloud's own downstream subprocessors are published and maintained by Lovable. Please refer to the current authoritative list at lovable.dev/subprocessors. We do not maintain an independent duplicate of that list here, because it would inevitably drift.

No other CRM, analytics, email, payment, or marketing provider processes this data in Phase 1C.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the business-contact information you submitted, or to stop contacting you about your enquiry. Write to admin@kalawer.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. What this notice does not claim

This notice describes the current handling of business-contact information submitted through the pilot enquiry form. It does not claim, and must not be read as claiming:

• Regulatory approval by any supervisory authority
• Appointment of a Data Protection Officer
• SOC 2 or ISO certification for Kalawer
• Verified data residency in any specific jurisdiction
• Technically verified encryption-at-rest or transport guarantees beyond those provided by our infrastructure processor
